Bashkir satirical novelist Marsel Salimov was awarded diploma of International Union of Writers

In Moscow, the «Chagall» art club hosted an awarding ceremony of writers summing up the outgoing literary year. The President of the International Union of Writers Sergey Lukyanenko awarded the famous Bashkir satirical novelist Marsel Salimov with a Diploma for his significant contribution to the literature.
The expiring creative year appeared really fruitful for our satirist. In Ufa, he released his audiobook, and in London his jubilee — fortieth book was published in English. Before the New Year Moscow publishers released the collections «Writers and New Year» and «Snowy Stories» with works by Marsel Salimov.
Marcel Salimov took part in the First Congress of the Literary Council of Writers of the Assembly of Peoples of Eurasia, which was held at the Moscow House of Nationalities. The presentation of the 5th issue of the All-Russian Literary Magazine «LiFFt» was also held there. In this edition Bashkir literature was presented by works of Larisa Abdullina, Zaki Alibaev, Zalifa Kashapova, Marsel Salimov, Guzal Sitdykova, Alexander Khvatkov.
